System Offline!

System Offline! is a damage mechanic for physical games. There's room left inside for more mechanics and ideas.

How does it work?

Systems are represented by interconnected shapes on a system map. Some systems are dependent on other systems for power, and if they don't get enough, they'll go offline.

What can I use it for?

Anything you want. I originally envisioned it for spaceship combat, but it could be used in a hacking sim, anatomically-incorrect combat, puzzle games, etc.

Take it, twist it, break it, put it back together again. What you use it for is not my problem. Just be a nice person please.
